Bristol Nightstop provides free help and advice to young people who are homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless, sofa surfing or staying in unsafe places in Bristol.

Bristol Nightstop will keep the information you give us confidential and we will not give it to any other service unless we think there is a risk of harm to you or others.  If we do have to pass any information to other services we will always try to inform you first.  But in some very rare cases we may not be able to tell you.

If you stay with a Host we will pass basic information about you to them.  We will tell you about this and agree with you what information we share with a Host.

The Bristol Nightstop staff you work with may sometimes need to ask colleagues for advice on how best to help you, and they will always try to let you know when they do this.  All information, including assessments, forms and any other paperwork, will be kept secure and you have the right to see it at any time.
